Premier League newbies Huddersfield Town have completed the signing of Alex Pritchard from Norwich City. The 24 year old has moved to the John Smith Stadium for an undisclosed fee, rumoured to be around £11-12m (a part of this sum is owed to Spurs owing to a sell on clause when Pritchard moved from White Hart Lane to Carrow Road)
Pritchard is widely acknowledged as one of Norwich’s best current players, starring in moments like this great goal against Reading, and his transfer has been seen by Canaries fans as an indicator that they must be prepared for a long wait to get back to the top flight again.
Huddersfield are currently 11th in the Premier League, while Norwich are 13th in the table.
Pritchard has put pen to paper a 3 and a half year deal at Huddersfield.
